Bug in Artemis? Press REPORT, beside SETTINGS at the bottom of the master column. It attaches your engine logs and a snapshot of your rig to an email for you. That’s the fastest way to get it fixed.

- How to load it (Artemis): double-click the license file, or in Artemis choose Artemis ▸ Licenses, then Locate License… Done: it never asks again.
- How many Macs: every Mac you own.
- Lost it, or a new Mac: sign in and download it again. Nothing to deactivate.

Downloads & manuals
Artemis v0.4.44
Universal (Apple Silicon + Intel) · macOS 12 or later. Runs five minutes per launch until you load a license.
ZEROPOINT alpha
Apple Silicon + Intel · needs a license to run. In alpha: licenses are by invitation; write to [email protected].
First open on macOS
Artemis: the installer is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens with a double-click. It installs the Artemis audio driver and asks you to restart your Mac once.
ZEROPOINT alpha: the installer isn’t Apple-notarized yet, so macOS objects once. macOS 14 or earlier: right-click the installer → Open. macOS 15 or later: double-click, let it refuse, then System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Open Anyway.
Then allow the microphone permission: that’s macOS’s name for audio input. On macOS 13 and later it is in System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Microphone; on macOS 12, System Preferences ▸ Security & Privacy ▸ Privacy ▸ Microphone.
Refunds & receipts
Receipts come from Stripe by email at purchase. If Artemis isn’t working for you, write to us before you give up on it: most problems are a setting. If it’s not for you, we’ll sort out a refund.
